This is the Bronemashina Haik, made in Armenia. An offroad truck (for military?) Built somewhere in the 90’s.

Hayk and Armenia are correct, so locked for you. I have a different company which produced this and a bit later than the 1990s

okay, I gave you the point. This is the TBS Hayk, put together in the 1990s by enthusiasts. It remained a prototype.
