This is the Bronemashina Haik, made in Armenia. An offroad truck (for military?) Built somewhere in the 90’s.

The closest I could find is Avtomeqena. Could that be it’s name?

okay, I gave you the point. This is the TBS Hayk, put together in the 1990s by enthusiasts. It remained a prototype.
