The original name is NIK 130.
NIK stands for Nehézipari Központ (Center for Heavy Industries). The automobile bureau of this centralised organisation supervised, developed and managed the heavy truck and bus industry between 1948-1950. This was to be a replacement for the leftover Dodge WC trucks.
NIK was disbanded in 1950 when production of Csepel trucks were launched. the NIK 130 became the Csepel B130 (B for benzin aka petrol). This vehicle was photographed in the 1960s.
