This is by the Japanese brand Coretech, known as simply the EV.

the name is not Coretech. You need to discard one letter. And there is a proper model name, not Prototype. Still lockd.

Sometimes I push myself too much... I just now realized I've been spelling Coretec wrong, and I was too deep into research that the name was right in front of me...

So its the Coretec eFalcon. Happy now :D
