Surely not a DAF, the logo on the bonnet seems to be a Fiat one, but I haven't been able to trace a coachbuilt Fiat 500 or Fiat 600 that looks the same.

DAF did a beach car for the Dutch royal family which looks similar. It seems to me more like a FIAT 850 than a 500 or 600.
