I don't know about the rest, but that's clearly a 4 cylinder Honda motor mated to a rather serious looking supercharger.

It’s a heavily modified Sylver Striker kit car, using a Honda K20, 585 bhp engine, built by Rich Hidderley and raced by David Bennett.
