That's it, yes. It's the Austin-Healey version of ADO 34, the Mini-based small MG roadster.
It's said to have been initially designed by Pininfarina and was believed to have been altered into the ADO 36 Austin-Healey version by Dick Burzi. None of them ever came to the market of course. Far too modern for BMC, who much preferred to soldier on with ancient designs which they passed off as 'classic' sports cars..!
