You're right about that I didn't ask for the year. The year is 1986. As a City Car 2000 and Berlin (city where it was designed, but not part of the name), I would ask for the people involved.
I assume you are joking?!
Your original question was a simple 'Please find this car' which I've done. You didn't ask for a year, who designed it (HfBK), and so on. I am getting increasingly feed-up with one original question being asked, and then other questions being unfairly added later, which frustratingly seems to be becoming more commonplace here now. If more information is needed, it should be mentioned in the initial question (of which to be reasonable there should be a maximum of four at most - such as name, model, year and one possible other aspect - not like some who ask far too many questions for a point).
Beyond my original answer of HfBK Berlin (front view below), I don't know who the people involved with the proposed City Car 2000 were, and I am not that desperate for points, so you can unlock and let someone else answer a question that you didn't originally ask
. AutoPuzzles should be a place of fair pleasure, enjoyment, fun and education, not somewhere of frustration where the parameters get changed midway through a puzzle. Sorry for the rant, but there is a certain principle of fairness that should be adhered to and not modified ad-hoc on a whim.
