NAME THAT MAKE #75

Haven't posted a puzzle in a long time, so I'm about due...

There may be a better picture to be found of this make, but I'll stick with this one.

Well, this was no longer on the first page of the Expert puzzles, and it looked like it wasn't getting any more views, so... it's time to toss it to the Pros!
