Yes it is.
The rear end is completely different from any Fairthorpe Electron or Electron Minor I've ever seen so I thought it might be an early prototype, but I haven't been able to find out if that's true.
Maybe you know?

I have been a Club member more than 20 years ago as I always wanted to buy a later type (but never did) This was actually the Fairthorpe/Tornado/Turner and Rochdale Club. Today they seem to dispose of some more marques. Interesting club-scene! Maybe you should contact them as you have the photo. Kind regards

It reminds me of this previous puzzle of mine

https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2014-43/solved-nic149-fairthorpe-electron-of-david-brown-1958/msg318341/#msg318341

I assumed that the rear wings were from an Atomota but maybe Fairthorpe built early cars to this design, grafting the wings onto the Microplas front end.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Yes, it's very similar, but I don't think it's the same car as the wheelarches and other minor details are different.
From the same era so maybe it's another prototype!
