It's the Beavis-Offenhauser from the late 50's. It had the Offy midget engine of 1500cc which was never particularly happy running on petrol but acheived some success. It was I think the second of George Beavis's three specials because the third one came up for sale recently for 15k dollars - it had a unique 1800 cc version of the midget engine.
