I don't think it was intended as a BRM prototype, but you've identified the car so the point is yours. I'm really surprised we haven't featured the car before, but there aren't many photographs available.

It was a lightweight sprint special with an ERA engine and chain drive, probably intended for UK-style hillclimbs and sprints.
