Bodywork has a strong hint of Abarth/ Osella , LHD , March wheels  so a rebodied March 73 s

"Prototype built for Norman Casari in 1970, in Petrópolis (RJ), by driver and builder Renato Peixoto (nicknamed "Golden Hammer" by his sports friends). Renato was a builder of merit and since the previous decade was preparing bodies for the Brazilian tracks. The 1970 prototype, which was renamed Repe (by Renato Peixoto) 227, had an aluminium single-seater body mounted on a Merlyn chassis and a Ford Cortina 1.6 engine, both of British origin and used in Formula Ford tournaments earlier in 1970. The Repe 227 successfully participated in several events from 1970 to 1972.
