Cooper T53 - Climax (VR) S4  F1/FJ
Special F1 car built by the Parnell-Team from a FJ Chassis. The car was driven by Salvadori and Surtees in 1961. 1962 sold to Frenchman Bernard Collomb and driven in the Parnell colors. In 63 sold to Suisse driver Andre Wicky, who painted the car red with a white stripe.

I think the picture shows Collomb at the Solitude race on July 15th 1962.

It's actually chassis F1/4/61 according to Doug Nye's impeccable Cooper history. It is indeed Bernard Collomb at the wheel.
