Good question. Not really - a body which was intended for the car was found much later, but the chassis had already been bought and modified by someone other than the person who commissioned the car.

One of the Aldington brothers, following A.F.N.'s acquisition of the Invicta assets? The chassis frame seems to be pure Supercharged 12/90 (or perhaps 12/100).

Nothing to do with AFN/Aldington. The chassis was completely self-built but copied designs of established marques.

I had never heard of the designer/builder and my source does not refer to him by first name, which suggests he was not that well-known. He did own an engineering company.
