Now I think a bit more, I'll say it's the Chawner GN. I presume someone called Chawner built it but for many years it was owned/driven by Peter Evans.

Indeed. There's remarkably little on the net as to its origins. (Where's Bill Boddy when you need him?) GN frame I assume with a 1-litre V-twin JAP. Built in 1924 according to my source.
