The Renault-powered "Sirvent" of Louis Sirvent. I believe the photo shows this car at the Formula France race in Pau, 1968. From what I understand, this car was disqualified from Formula France altogether after officials discovered that it had been built on an existing Lotus 27 chassis (ex-F3).

That's right. You have clearly discovered my source! That's the problem when new puzzles are hard to find - it's tempting to post them all at the same time. The disqualification is news to me, but on the other hand my schoolboy French means I didn't really understand the website's text.
