TBH I don't know very much about the car, and Google doesn't help. The name of the builder would be enough for the point.

I'm impressed. That wasn't easy to find - well done and a point to you.

I've a hunch the car was powered by a locally-built Renault engine, like other Crespi cars, but I don't know whether it was built to an FIA-designated formula.

PS the caption suggests this was the first monocoque racing car, which is highly hopeful, and would be news to many earlier car designers.
