It is  the G7A Can Am car  based on the GT40 Mk IV chassis (J10).  In this guise it competed during the 1969 and 1970 seasons for Agapiou Racing

That's right. Built by Kar Kraft for the Agapiou brothers two years after the chassis was constructed. The rumour is that it was sold to them for $1.
