The quarter vent remembers me on a car with a front, similar to the Lola Mk 6 GT: Is it the Ratso Italiano?

They are, but it's nothing to do with Jaguar..

Very good.
It's not actually the Ratso Italiano (which has been puzzled here before) but it's the same car as it was before it was modified and became the Ratso.
So, for the point, can you tell me a bit about it - who built it, what was it based on when first built, what powers it?
Locked for you to dig into!

I hope, not to follow the wrong direction...: windshield and quarterlights are Alfa Spider. Engine Ford 302 V8, tubular frame built by his own.... as also the bodywork, formed over wooden bucks.... checking my brains, I fear not to remember the builders name....

OK, we'll call it solved.
The original basis was an Alfa Spider, yes, although I'm not sure there's much of it left..
That's the engine and I believe the car was built by John Woolley, so we'll call it the John Woolley Home-made special later known as Ratso Italiano! (see https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2012-41/solved-neh-1563-ratso-italiano/msg199038/#msg199038 )
Well done.
