Forget the Merlyn, it is the 1964 Miller with the PBS engine. It is American though, even if it has been owned in Germany for many years. The body is now non-original and is from a very similar PBS mk 4.

Well done.  I did wonder why a German car would be called a Miller, but I couldn't find anything about its history.  It seems to have been in Germany for many years, where it's classed as a Rennsport car.  It's currently owned by Reihard Heiner.
One point for you and sorry for misleading you Shamrock, though the picture was not taken in the USA.

SCCA H-mod built in the USA by Don Miller in 1964. Raced by Miller with #42. Raced with #19-357 from 5/13/72 by owner Jared Ratcliff; owned and raced by Gerald van
Maurik from 1976; owned and raced by Anthony de los Reyes of Los Angeles until at least 1987; sold to Heiner Reinhardt of Germany.
