Well, the face says Alfa Romeo and the rest suggests something Ferrari-esque, but who made this lovely thing, I can't find anywhere.  :(

Well it was allegedly built in 1968 by Autotecnica del Lario of Lecco using their own all independent suspension, chassis and superleggera type bodywork - and an Alfa 2 litre engine. Never seen a period photo though ………
There are those who believe it was built much later.

ATL also built an OSCA 150O, again allegedly 1968.

so they obviously had a busy year that year...
Note that the car is actually described as "1953"!!
I don't believe a word of it; these cars are surely much later than that.  In fact they're probably churning them out as we type...
