No.  It was originally built soon after WWII but was only completed more than 30 years later.

This 1951 Austin Royale Roadster appears to be for sale at about $37K.  Paraphrased from the listing:

This roadster was started by Dick Kraft and Art Ingels in the early 1950s.  Ingles constructed this body for Doc Young.  The body was originally built with a taller nose piece and higher hood profile to accommodate a 4 cylinder Ferguson engine.

Doc Young never saw the car completed.  The frame and body panels changed hands twice before being assembled into a vehicle by Bill Durst in 1986.

The current owner pulled the car from dry storage and had it completely gone through including an engine rebuild with a performance camshaft regrind. The car has under 100 miles on it since rebuild. Engine is a 2.0L Ford Capri 4 cylinder with a Weber carb.
