Its a BMC farina Wolseley 24/80 Ute that started life as a Saloon. It was converted by a coachbuilder called Mark Floyd to act as a promotional tool for some sort of mining company.

That's it.
Apparently the style was taken from a still-born Australian Austin design of the 1960s.
