Thought it looked a bit sunny for the UK  ;D.  It is called a Lasos and was created by Australian gent by the name of Peter Nelson. The blog I found it on suggests the pics were taken in 1975. Not sure if the cars earlier than that.

You've found the builder but I don't recognise that name at all..
I have a different name which I think is much more likely to be correct.

Here's a front view to help you on your way and the puzzle is locked for you to come up with its right name.

Yes indeed, the Viper made in 1974.  I believe it was the only one made.
I was pleased to find this as a puzzle as it has remained hidden all these years without being puzzled so I thought it would take quite some finding.   Shows what I know!
