It's a La Buire 12A of 1924.  Apparently bodied by Hollingdrake's of Stockport, England who were La Buire agents.  Hollingdrake's premises still exist!

Here is the unedited puzzle photo. It comes from the Daily Mail, of all places, and I had it since the car was auctioned in March last year, but apparently, unbeknownst to me, the car has been auctioned again at the NEC Classic Motor Show just a few days ago, so I guess I didn't choose the best time to post it.  :P
