This is a small three wheel car by Stephen Domoszlo Debrecen from Budapest. The front was from a Peugeot 205 and the body structure was reminiscent of iron plates were drawn.I believe in was in the 1950s?

It looks as though you've found the car, but your translation is garbled. (After all, the car couldn't have been built with Peugeot 205 components back in the 1950s!) I'll mark it "solved" and give you the point anyway, since your response contains most of the pertinent information.

The unscrambled answer: Small, 3-wheeled vehicle built by István Domoszlai of Debrecen, Hungary. The front of the vehicle opens for entry and was made from the rear hatch of a Peugeot 205. The wheels are from a Polski Fiat 126.

I think "the body structure was reminiscent of iron plates were drawn.I believe in was in the 1950s" would be better translated as, "the body of the vehicle was made of sheet metal, similar to 'bubble cars' of the 1950s." :)
