I remember seeing this before: This is a school project (likely his graduation project) of Moon Wang which studying in China Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China.  The car brand is Citroen
The college selected this project as part of its 2015 exhibition.

Moon wang is currently is working for GM's Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center in Shanghai.

p,s: "One is More" and "Pace Mode" no idea why he'd add these unless these just cool-sounding words on another side of the model (guess his English isn't very good)
