It is the C1RS, a nearly complete rework of a 1962 Chevrolet Corvette. Built by The Roadster Shop, owned by Barry Blomquist.

That's right! Barry Blumquist is actually the collector client for whom the C1-RS was made, in 2009. The Roadster Shop (Mundelein, Illinois) is owned by Neil Gerber and his sons Phil and Jeremy Gerber. You win the point!
