Fellow Autopuzzlers, for a point please identify this car and the year.

Don't be naughty! Stay away from Google Search by Image, kids.

Another point for you. My info is slightly different from yours, in that this vehicle, made by the Riker Electric Vehicle Company based in Elizabethport, NJ, had an 8 HP engine. After becoming a pioneer in electric cars (some of which have been puzzled here before), Andrew L. Riker decided to branch out to ICE cars, becoming aware of their future potential. Nevertheless, the firm that bore his name would close down the following year, but Riker went on to become vice-president of Locomobile.
