It was built in 1976 ish by Mixail Gigoshvili & Vladimir Manukyan in Georgia and looks to be Zhiguli based. The source I have for it doesn't give a name but the same gentlemen built a car called the Tbilisi in 1968. Does it share its name with that?

I didn't even have those names..
Googling using them produces no results and nor does Googling for a car named Tblisi!
It's often hard to find these Russian specials.
Nothing you've given me tallies with what I have but I suspect what I have is not right.. Could you PM me how to find what you have on the Internet?
