It is a Speedcar GTR.  A Spanish build car for the so called course de cote.

That's right, Djet66! Welcome to Autopuzzles, here's your second point. Like the Silver Car (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2017-47/monty226/), the Speed Car (or Speedcar, the spelling varies) GTR a hillclimbing car with a Suzuki motorcycle engine.
