No. It was suppposed to be built one by one at licensed jeepney builder facilities, and I have no idea if any units beyond this demonstrator were actually made.

According to its creator, it was built before this date, but its first appearances online in photos and videos are from after 2005.

The information I have found doesn't specify it, but from the data given my conclusion is that it uses the chassis and engine of a common truck, easy to find and service in the Philippines

I found the car,its the dprox chokaran a four-wheel drive vehicle adapted for Philippines driving conditions,its also called FUV?

Well done! DPROX Chokaran is the name I was looking for. It was designed by an outfit called Disenyo Pilipino (their website is no longer working) and built in 2003, according to a post by the builder I found in a forum. It uses a Nissan truck diesel engine, but I only deduced that from the displacement given in the specs.
