I found this car looking for cars to put in the Car Encyclopedia thread, I know it’s made by Makuma and Giorgi Kvariani in Georgia. Is its full name the QVR Auto?

Correct! This point belongs to Chance since more than three months ago! It is indeed the QVR, designed by Giorgi Kvariani of Kutaisi in Western Georgia and powered by a BMW engine. His father Mamuka's role in the project is not clear from the info I have read, but I suppose he financed it.
