Three points for you!
The names I have for the designers of the City Car RC1 are Carlos Andrés Rodríguez and Edwin Mauricio Rodríguez. I guess they are brothers? Though I haven't found it specified anywhere, not even in their official website.
The name of 333-g is indeed Stiletto project, so you win the point, but according to the official website, its creator is Ben Harrison, nicknamed "Stilettoman", owner Chateau Stillwater Garage near Seattle. I think you have mixed in some information from other projects he has also made, he describes in his website the modifications he has made to three 1984 Mazda RX-7s, but they are not related to this project. The Stiletto is powered by a Kawasaki 1300 cc engine and it's much more recent than 1984, he's not very forthcoming with dates in his website but he does mention that the mufflers come from a 2005 Suzuki GSX so the car must have been built after that date (and before 2011, which is when a couple of videos of it were uploaded to Youtube.
Finally, we agree on all the data about the Strike. Seeber was an engineer working for the Orbital Corporation, based near Perth, which developed a series of fuel efficient, two-stroke engines for a limited Ford Festiva edition, called the Festiva Genesis. He used one of the stock Festiva engines that were left behind after the swap to power his creation.
