Sorry for the delay in replying! I was at the Geneva show this weekend. shamrock's answer is indeed correct, the point is yours!
"GRD (Group Racing Developments) S74, delivered new to Monzeglio in Italy, raced at Monza, Spa and in the 1974 Targa Florio (possibly with 1600 engine). Restored in the ‘90s by Peter Denty and used by John Shipman to win the RJB Supersports championship."
