The exact type designation is still missing for the point and the person who bought the vehicle for the bee.

I have added ‘120’ and that solves the puzzle.
It's a Delage D8-120, by Chapron from 1938 and therefore your next point.

I don't know the owner, but I can add that Chapron called this three-positions-cabriolet "Le Dandy", a name later on given to some Citroen DS coupes by Chapron as well.
