China?
Yes.
Is the truck RHD ?
I don't know. It does look that way in the picture, which I have not changed apart from removing logos, but I don't know why it would be RHD; maybe it was presented in Hong Kong (though that's not where the company is from). I'm trying to find out more about it myself but I'm finding it harder than I thought it would be.

According to Google, Dong Mingzhu is the name of the chairwoman of an appliance company called Gree Electric, which owns an electric bus manufacturing company called Yinlong. The puzzle vehicle is not by Yinlong.

土豪金, translated as Tyrant Gold or Tu Hao Gold depending on the source

Yes. One website reports the name as 土豪金 ("Tuhao Jin"), and translates it as "Tyrant Gold". However, now I'm having doubts that this is the real name, because I've been looking into it and apparently Tuhao Jin is a common derogatory Chinese expression used to refer to the tacky gold colour that the Chinese nouveau riche like to cover all their posessions with, from iphones to entire buildings. It seems unlikely to me that the vehicle would be actually named this way, and I suspect it may be a mistranslation from a Chinese article in which the writer applied this description to the vehicle based on its colour. I have looked for Chinese sources about this truck but so far have been unable to find any. Anyway, the point is yours.

I've found the original Chinese article on 360che.com and the truck is also called 土豪金 in this article. However I'm unable to tell if it's the actual name of the truck or if it's used in a derigatory way.

Thanks for my 867th point anyway !
