Wendax got it! It's the Sarao Prototype-1, designed as a modern Jeepney replacement by Jackie Sarao as his thesis for his Industrial Design course at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Jackie Sarao is the grandson of entrepreneur Leonardo Sarao, who started his jeepney-building business Sarao Motors in the 50s. The Prototype-1 uses a 4.2-liter six-cylinder diesel engine from a Nissan Patrol.
