Is it operated in a port ?
No

It is a Cobus shuttle operated at the Mont-Saint-Michel.

Due to the lack of turning possibilities at Mont-St-Michel, the Cobus DES shuttle bus can drive either way, being equipped with a driver's cockpit at each end. Depending on the way it goes, the headlights turn into rear lights (and vice versa), and the steering just work on the front axle respectively.

Some more pictures from this July:

Atually there's loads of room to turn round there but it runs on a specially-built track like a railway only it's a normal road so it just goes up and down that without the need to turn round.

Actually, the castle in the background isn't Mont-St-Michel any more, it's just been bought and is now the new Trump Hotel St.Michael. It's just awaiting its new gold paint, with white window surrounds. Should be lovely, don't you think? Trump says he's not bothered that the adjacent new golf course will be under water for some of the day, that this spices up the water hazard and that he's already gone the full 18 holes, managing a hole-in-one at all 18. He's a very talented lia.., er golfer.
