This is the Dragonfly by Swiss company Catecar, presented earlier this year in Geneva. It's super eco-friendly, since it is not only electric and has a solar panel on the roof, but apparently it is also able to capture particles from the air, so it cleans pollution as it goes. IMHO they sould have but a bit more effort into the styling though.
