Sorry for the delay in replying and thanks for the lock. It's an electric car project built in Jacksonville USA by John McMillan in 1973. I don't think it had a specific name.

You got it right! As you said, no specific name for it has been reported. McMillan went on to become founder of Shockwave Motors, which produce the Shockave Defiant EV3 electric three-wheeler. We've had the prototype of the Defiant on AP before (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2010-38/q459-solved-defiant-ev3-roadster-by-shockwave-motors), but the production version looks completely different.
