You didn't answer my question directly regarding Garage Jacquemond, but, since Charbonnier-Les-Mines is located in Puy-de-Dôme, I'll move down the highway to Haute-Loire and try: Ste. Anne Automobiles in Vieille Brioude.

Thanks for the lock SACO.  From the company website we read:

"With his experience in the automotive world, the garage LEGRAND among the oldest agencies in France!  Indeed, the family business started in 1921 with the agent contract signed between Mr Maurice LEGRAND and Andre Citroen in person.  Despite the different eras and different changes related to the automobile, garage LEGRAND become in 1992, and until this day, the company SAINTE ANNE AUTOMOBILES headed by Mr Pierre LEGRAND. It has established itself in the region through a common passion for the automobile, transmitted from generation to generation. But thanks to a flawless willingness to put a point on a job well done!"

A hearty Well Done, Spence.

Obviously not easy to solve. Kudos to the others that tried as well, I hadn't a clue...
