That's the 1968 Jaguar Mark 2 conversion by the Australian furniture designer Piero Paolo Gesualdi.
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.

Most convertibles look good with the top down but many look "wrong" with the hood up.  Gesualdi has got it right.
