Luckily there are not too many different engines used with AMS 274-chassis'. As you asked for engine details, I would like to start with the most unusual engine: Amaroli 2000ccm?
If so, it's Misano, 1974, Luciano Verrocchio on the wheel, who didn't qualify for the 2-litre championship race

I feel pretty sure, it is the black/red AMS with Amaroli-engine raced by Luciano Verrocchio in 1975. At the Targa Florio, there were two rearview mirrors mounted on the front mudguards, so may be this shot has been taken in Monza?

This is the same black and red AMS that Verrocchio drove at the Targa Florio, but this photo wasn't taken at Monza.

By the way, if you know who co-drove along with Verrocchio at the Targa Florio, then you can guess who was driving that same car in this photo.

It was Fernando 'Lucien' Ernesti at the 4 Hours of Vallelunga, 1975.

Thank you for informations. The Targa photo was the basic for my answers. As I mostly try to solve puzzles empirical, my only unsureness was about the high rearview mirror in the middle of the car.
I didn't know about, that this car raced in Vallelunga 1975. I think, this may have been a national event, as 1974 and 75 there were no sports-car-manufacturer-championships held in Valle.

Thanks for puzzle and point. Was very challenging and interesting
