VW 411 1971.
As far as l know it seems to have 2 forms with kinda "fastback" tail or traditional "wagon" tail.
this one is probably the "fastback" tail one ,or it can be called as "411 saloon"

The VW 411 certainly was the base for the puzzle car, but this is a special one with a completely different name.

Nordstadt-Express by Artz-Tuning, Hannover. VW 411 from 1971 with Porsche 911 engine.
