You are probably looking for FK 4000 D, the tank superstructure was done by Schwelm.

We access the same source. In terms of S or S/D, I can only check at the weekend, I'm on the road. But this don't make a big deal out of it and since Schwelm is correct as the bodybuilder, there is the point for this puzzle.

The customer service information you posted already suggests the designation S/D. My sources also suggest this designation. All in all, the model policy for Ford trucks at that time was anything but clear... Nevertheless, I think the SVG tanker's paintwork is absolutely chic.

The Schwelmer Eisenwerke in Schwelm, (Westphalia, Germany) began building petrol pumps and tank systems in 1923. Tankers were added in 1925. In the 1960s, the construction of airfield tankers became a focal point. In the 1990s, tanker production was discontinued. Today, a successor company still manufactures equipment.
