Manufacturer and model should be clear, but this is a special variant. So please name the manufacturer, type, name of the special model and the year of manufacture.

If it would have been the "Facelift" Model A Opel Corsa then it would have been the French limited edition "Liberty", yet the front grille is a pre-facelift one which then would result into the "Joy" limited edition for the Austrian, German and Swiss markets from 1989. The foldable roof was electrically powered and at the front side there was a spoiler as the main differences compared to the standard pre-facelift Model A Opel Corsa. The roof was supplied by aftermarket tuner Irmscher.

Judging by the light colour of the seat upholstery it must be the 1989 Opel Corsa Steffi Special named after former world number tennis player Steffi Graf. The "Joy" versions had more dark coloured upholstery.
