1933? It can't be very much newer, by 1934 the chrome radiator shell was gone and so were the wood wheels. Maybe the body was built on an early chassis?
According to my source, the car was completed and delivered 12/1934 (photo taken 5/1934). The issue you bring up regarding the wheels is mentioned. I'm of the opinion that either the chassis was ordered with specific components (e.g., beefier wheels to handle the lengthened chassis and heavier body), or they were installed by Crawley Ridley for the same reason.
Either way, just name the model series and the point is yours.
