It's difficult to give a "yes" or "no" answer. Of the ~2,500 U.S. automobile brands to exist in that period, only 1,500 or so are mentioned anywhere online. And approximately half of that number can be found on multiple websites. This brand does appear on multiple websites, including the usual online encyclopedias, indexes, etc. (and AutoPuzzles), but it's not a name that most automotive enthusiasts would recognize.
