No, as there is no base car as such, but there are some Japanese parts used in it.

I've just realised that I've had this one on my tail light list for quite a while and had totally forgotten about it!

It's the one-off Batkomobile (a.k.a. JV06 - Jamais Vue), made in Quebec by Stefan Batko c.2006, using a GM-sourced 2.8 V6 and various Subaru parts.
